Hey friend, my name is Zeyla, 

and I’m creating a special concert evening at Waldcafe in Brasov.

Would you like to come? 🤗

It’s not really a regular concert. 

It’s more like a gathering - with you, with me, with some soul friends, and with the sacredness of simply being together, 

singing together and sharing our stories.

Bobby McFerrin once called me a “song catcher”, and I think that describes quite well what happens when I make music. 

I catch what’s in the room. A story, a feeling, a rhythm, something somebody says - and sometimes, right there, it becomes a song.

I grew up surrounded by music and over the years travelled through Gospel, Funk, Soul, shamanic music, improvisation and Circle Singing,

 learning with some incredible humans - from Bobby to Jacob Collier, most recently at his Hideaway Retreat in Italy.

✨

And because I also work with frequencies as an energy healer, I’ve come to understand music as much more than music. 

Sound moves things. It opens things. It connects people. 

And sometimes it heals something without us even knowing exactly how.

So this evening will have songs, stories, improvisation, probably some dancing, definitely some singing together - 

and whatever else decides to happen. 😄

A bit like sitting around a campfire with people you may or may not know yet. 

This is my vision. 🎶✨

Nu este chiar un concert obisnuit.

Este mai degraba o intalnire - cu tine, cu mine, cu cativa prieteni de suflet si cu sacralitatea de a fi pur si simplu impreuna,

de a canta impreuna si de a ne impartasi povestile.

Bobby McFerrin m-a numit odata „song catcher”, iar eu cred ca asta descrie destul de bine ce se intampla atunci cand fac muzica.

Prind ceea ce exista in spatiu. O poveste, o emotie, un ritm, ceva ce spune cineva - si uneori, chiar acolo, pe loc, se transforma intr-un cantec.

Am crescut inconjurata de muzica, iar de-a lungul anilor am calatorit prin Gospel, Funk, Soul, muzica samanica, improvizatie si Circle Singing,

invatand alaturi de niste oameni extraordinari - de la Bobby la Jacob Collier, cel mai recent la Hideaway Retreat-ul lui din Italia.

Si pentru ca lucrez si cu frecvente ca energy healer, am ajuns sa inteleg muzica drept ceva mult mai vast decat muzica in sine.

Sunetul misca lucruri. Deschide lucruri. Conecteaza oamenii.

Si uneori vindeca ceva fara ca noi sa stim exact cum.

Asa ca seara aceasta va avea cantece, povesti, improvizatie, probabil ceva dans si cu siguranta vom canta impreuna -

iar in rest... vom vedea ce mai decide sa se intample. 😄

Un pic ca atunci cand stai in jurul unui foc de tabara cu oameni pe care poate ii cunosti sau poate inca nu.

Aceasta este viziunea mea. 🎶✨

M-as simti onorata sa ni te alaturi.

Poate reusim sa cream impreuna ceva frumos, care sa ne ramana in inimi multa vreme! ❤️
