Sound Healing
I create a safe, nurturing space where participants can relax, let go, and allow deep transformation to happen while I channel frequencies from higher planes of consciousness.
Circle Songs & Vocal Improvisation
These joyful techniques come from my time at Bobby McFerrin’s improvisation school in San Francisco. The group becomes a living, breathing loop station—playful, alive, and free. I often combine this with somatic dance and social games for full-body joy.

Voice Activation & Inner Sound Alchemy
This is a practice for those who love to express through their own voice.
It can be incredibly powerful.
The whole being resonates, shifts frequency, and releases deep blocks and trauma. In the process, one aligns with the personal truth and can truly tune to a new reality.
Writing Medicine Songs
Music is a healer - we all know that. And when we add the right words, reality can shift to a whole new level. Many people feel a deep longing to create their own songs, and I love helping them connect with their most authentic inspiration.
Games, Dance & Play
Joy is medicine. Movement and play help keep the vibration high and create a space where people feel safe to be fully themselves.
I always try to integrate this kind of vacation for the mind and soul in everything I do.
